If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would! We had our tank pumped several years ago by them and they also put a riser in for us. 3-4 months after they installed the riser we had a terrible rain storm and ended up with this massive sink hole in our backyard close to the riser. We didn’t think anything about it as we had recently disturbed that soil. We put in bags and bags of soil to fix it and make it safe. Since then we are constantly having to add more soil because the topography gets low all the time. We have also had to get our tank pumped about every 6-8 months. We were having private companies or people coming out to do it because it’s so expensive and we just could not afford this over and over. We assumed it was our special needs son using to much toilet paper because he has sensory issues but we mitigated that issue with our son. Continued having the same problems. So we finally had another company come out and they showed us how the riser was initially installed wrong and how dirt was constantly falling into our tank because of the improper install and that explains why we are constantly adding soil to the topography. So, first they claimed it wasn’t there fault until I showed them pics of the sink hole. Then, the owner JR, came out and admitted the improper install and it’s now been a month since then and we’re scheduled to come out on 6/19 to fix everything and no call no show no nothing. So now, the owner JR, is going back on his word and won’t take the riser out, he says he will only repair it. Even though the day he came out he said he would move it to the back opening so that it was further away from our deck. They also broke my original tank lid and refuse to replace it. Won’t take the faulty riser out and they were originally supposed to place some poly plastic lid on the riser years ago but put a concrete one on the riser which is again not proper installation.
