            I hired Duane ******, owner of OnTheWallAV to install surround sound speakers. We discuss the need to hide wires, etc. and to minimize holes. Mr. Taylor did not meet either of our stated expectations. When I raised the issue to him he stated that he though it had already been wire and that he worked all day. While Mr. Taylor was at my property all day, he spent much of the time talking on the cell phone. I cannot understand why he made the choices he made to cut large holes, run wires across the middle of a wall, leave a loose bunch of loose wires stowed behind a ventilation duct mount speakers in an un-uniform manner or use screws and zip ties to secure wires rather than actual clips. He also pealed part of my ceiling paint and did not fill pilot holes which he drilled attempting to find the correct spot to mount in-ceiling speakers. I paid $450 with the expectation that the work would be done in a professional manner. I cannot imagine a less professional installation. I believe he took advantage of me because he knew I was infirmed. I can provide extensive photos and proof of transaction.
