Custom Marble Design were the subcontractors for our kitchen renovation with Lowes. When they installed the counter, they did NOT install a bracket for the dishwasher. I had to make multiple calls to them and to Lowes to get them to come out and install a bracket which they did for $150. They also attached the dishwasher to the bracket but they did so improperly; now the dishwasher hangs diagonally, and it's door flops open heavily. The whole dishwasher is displaced enough to impede a cabinet door next to it; we cannot open the door because the dishwasher is in the way. When I called Custom Marble, they said they NEVER mount dishwashers though I watched them do so at my house. The rep I talked to, a man named Anthony, was rude and wouldn't let me talk. He told me to take it up with Lowes and that it wasn't his problem. When I objected, he said "I don't get what you're not gettin about this" and that he wasn't going to "sit all day and explain things to me." He then hung up on me. My contention is that I paid $150 for an improperly mounted bracket and that they should fix it or give me my money back.Business response

This particular customer was not charged for DW bracket at the time of sale through lowes , when purchased through lowes it is a charge of roughly 50 dollars. Sales associate at lowes forgot to sell this bracket to customer so . Custom marble charges 150.00 as a charge to send two guys out to job to perform this application being it's a separate trip. Customer is upset because it's an additional trip that was caused by there sales associate. Anthony at custom marble explained to customer situation and is now upset with us. We at custom marble only set bracket and we do not adhere Dw to bracket . Plumber is supposed to attach DW . I apologize for customer having to pay but we feel sales associate is responsible.
