I had a great experience with Fence & Deck Connection. Fair pricing and a beautiful new fence. Installation team arrived on time and got right to work. At the end of the day, they cleaned up everything. The next day I got a call to check on my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and use them again when I need something else.

I am very pleased with the entire process of getting my deck built. From the initial consultation to the completion of my deck, everything went so smoothly. I absolutely love my deck. Dave Acosta provided us with exemplary customer service. He patiently explained every phrase of our deck stairs project before, during, and after installation. He always responded to our many emails and phone calls in a timely manner. It is so very refreshing to work with a person like Dave that doesn't just talk the talk, he walks the walk with putting his boots on the ground of the construction site to oversee a good portion of the installation of our covered porch stairs. Also, it would be remiss of us not to mention Cyndi Acosta. Another person who follows up her words with action. Cyndi answered our many questions before and on the day of installation and she put her boots on the ground by stopping multiple times to check on the progress of our stairs installation. And finally, the crew that did the labor of installing the stairs to the hardworking men that installed our stairs on a very hot two days! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Our stairs look stunning. My entire experience with Fence & Deck Connection was seamless and professional. Everyone I communicated with was knowledgeable and professional, special shout-out to Joel L****, Bobby T*****, the crew, and schedulers. Everyone was fantastic and I don’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone who asks about our project. I especially like that everyone I interacted with is a long-time employee of FDC, it shows a real company commitment to retaining good people and treating them well. We had a piece of wood on our deck that needed to be replaced and was under warranty. The staff at Fence & Deck Connection came out quickly to assess the deck and replaced the affected area right away. They were polite and courteous. True professionals! My overall experience was awesome from beginning to end. Jimmy, my salesperson, was available to answer any questions in a timely manner and notified me promptly when we needed to make a change in the contract. Ben, the Project Manager, was superb in explaining the process in real time and kept me abreast of any changes with the deck and when the crew would be there. The crew was fantastic and hard working — they were very dedicated to the job and paid attention to details. I could not have hand picked a better team and they were approved by one of the most important family members, ****** (the canine manager). From sales to production to crew, it was an outstandingly professional service team. Kept us informed throughout. Top notch crew led by Jose made a work of art with incredible craftsmanship! I just wanted to take a second to thank Jake W****, David B*****, and the Fence & Deck installation team of Antonio, Roberto and Selvin. These gentlemen did a superb job starting with the property walk-thru process, meeting with the project manager David and most importantly with the actual fence designers/builders in Antonio, Roberto and Selvin. The guys did a fantastic job from start to finish. I was thoroughly impressed with the way the fence matched the contour of my property and with the detail on the custom-made gates that we desired. My wife and I couldn’t have been more satisfied on how the whole project turned out. I specifically wanted to take a moment to thank Antonio and his crew on the courtesy, thoughtfulness, and professionalism they showed me and my family. Each day after the work was completed, they walked the property and picked up any loose nails, wired mesh fence pieces, small pieces of wood and trash so that my 6-month-old puppy wouldn’t eat it. Since the job was completed just 2 weeks ago, I have had multiple neighbors stop by and ask to look my yard over because they like the way things looked from the view from our street.
