I ordered a game called Taboo for the Culture in June 2022 and never received the product. On 7/19/22 I contacted the company for an update on my order. I did not receive a response. I then contacted the company again on 9/3/22. They responded with an apology for major overseas shipping delays; but did not provide an estimated ETA. The merchandise never came. So I emailed the company again on 9/13/22, 9/21/22, 10/6/22, 11/9/22 and just recently on 1/23/23 (after receiving an advertisement email from them to buy more products). This company is HORRIBLE and took my money without refunding. In several of my emails, I requested a refund. They never responded. This is fraud.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on March 7,2022 it is now April 9th & I have not received the item. I emailed the company on their website twice no response received, I sent a message via ********* their business page still no response, I've even messaged the "owner" twice on her personal ********* account still no response received. There is no phone number so at this point I'm figuring it's a scam. I would like to warn people not to purchase from this companyInitial Complaint

On December 30, 2021 I ordered “2” Martin Trivia games from this company TheBlackPack.co (total price for both games $77.98). Order#: ********. My tracking#: **********************. It stated that it would take 4-6 weeks to ship off which was fine. I received an email on Feb 10, from *********************** (Owner) apologizing about the delays and should receive them between 2/23-2/25 and they will be sent out. I didn't receive my order until 3/11/22. When I finally receive it there is only 1 game NOT 2. So I immediately email the email/contact on website first (they never responded back). Then I remembered the owner emailed me so I emailed her back to explain along with photos and ******* responds right away. I'll say within a 45min time frame. She apologizes and states another will be sent out. I then respond back right away asking if a tracking will be sent and she doesn't respond. I wait some time to see if she would respond back and she doesn't. I send ANOTHER email on 3/24 no response. I just want my money back for the game I never received. I hate how people are so inconsiderate when it comes to other peoples hard working money! I just want my money back from them and would never buy nor recommend anyone buying from them ever.Initial Complaint

I ordered the ****** trivia game Feb 2.was told 4-6 weeks delivery. Time has came and gone.i emailed them 4 times with no response. I would like a refund.
