I had a accident took my vehicle to this company, my Insurance company ******** paid them over 4,300.00 for repairs, they charge Insurance company for new rear rim, and replacement for running board on passenger side this work was not done, I left my running board with them over a month ago when I went to pick it up because they say they couldn't use it after keeping it for over a month two of the brackets was missing, no replacement offered nor payment for new brackets, accident occurred in October I didn't get my vehicle back until April work not completed, let your audience know Don't pay this shop up front ,work will come to a haltBusiness response

******************** dropped his 2010 ***** *****, on December 6, 2022.******************** had to file an auto claim through ******** virtual assistance. The ******** estimate was $788.37 which included ********************** deductible of $500.00 which was not waived by the insurance company. During the repair process our technician saw more damages that required us to contact ******** for supplemental approval for the amount of $4374.32
******************** informed us that he will be going out of town for a few days while the vehicle was being repaired. Unfortunately, we had a few major delays in repairing the vehicle in a timely manner. We had to wait until ******************** was back in town to inform him of the issues that had occurred. We did leave ******************** a few voice-messages waiting for him to return our calls.
Once we were able to speak to ******************** upon his return regarding parts delays for his 2010 ***** *****. ******************** got upset because the vehicle was not completed due to the unexpected delays for parts. We explained to ******************** that we were told that the parts have been discontinued nationwide. Basically the parts were not available.
The running board for the right side of the vehicle was unavailable for his 2010 ***** ***** due to the fact that ********************** running board was the original that came with the vehicle, so this item was discontinued. We tried finding a compatible replacement, the replacement part did not match. We tried reusing the old running board, at the request of ******************* but unfortunately that did not work either due to the bolts being striped, ******************** was aware of that information, also the right passenger mirror was discontinued as well, but we were able to get a compatible mirror.
We did replace ********************** wheel which was on the insurance estimate for a quality recycled wheel (estimate cost $106.25) but we paid $263.00 for the wheel (please see attached invoice copy including our payment).******************** also went to Brandywine Auto Parts to buy a replacement running board unfortunately that running board was not compatible so we could not use it. ******************** was aware some parts were discontinued for his 2010 ***** *****
**. ****** (Manager) waived ************************ $500.00 deductible cost that was owed to the repair facility as a resolution for any inconvenience that this may have caused ******************** since we were not able to repair the running board which ******** had paid at the time that ******************** picked-up his vehicle on January 17th 2023. We tried our very best to accommodate ********************** needs by suggesting that ******************** come back to allow us the opportunity to try once again.
When ******************** first came into our facility in December, he spoke with ********************** (Manager). Unfortunately, . ****** is no longer with the company, So ******************** came back in April 2023 and had the pleasure of meeting with *********************** and spoke to him about his issues regarding the running board & mirror which ****** completed and wanted to return at a later date to get this resolved.
Once again ******************** was aware of his options and also spoke to the painter here regarding his mirror housing texture that had to be painted. Once ******************** agreed, we completed the work on the mirror. ******************** left the running board: we were not aware that we were keeping it here for ******************** to pick it up later. That was not agreed upon unless it was requested. ******************** never mentioned to anyone about his dissatisfaction regarding his wheel as well.
If ******************** would like to come back and give us the opportunity to review his wheel and try to resolve this issue, we would like for ******************** to call the shop to arrange a date & time that works best for him during our business hours.

In October, 2021, my vehicle was taken to Tommy's after I rear ended another vehicle. During the course of the repairs, they failed to repair a number of items, mis-wired my front headlights, and failed to perform the routine maintenance that was requested. They had my truck for weeks at a time, and returned it with things connected wrong and repairs unfinished. We spoke with Willie and arranged for them to take the truck back and finish the repairs while I was on a work trip, and would not need it for a week. We dropped the truck off, and two days later Butch called with a series of questions and quoted me fees for the repairs - repairs that were allegedly completed under the insurance quote they gave us originally. It took two more days for Willie and Butch to get on the same page, and I was told on Thursday that my repairs would really be completed by Saturday when I returned. I ****ed from the airport to the shop where my truck was, to discover that repairs were not complete and the truck was locked up where I couldn't access it. They allegedly completed repairs the next day, and supposedly did a general oil change and other maintenance. My front headlights are wired wrong and I have to have it turned to fog lights for them to work, but I was over dealing with their months of improper repairs , and was willing to live with crossed wires. Until recently when my truck had to go into the shop. I took it to a different mechanic, who told me that the oil change and basic maintenance hadn't been completed and that's why my motor and transmission were in such bad shape. I am now facing hundreds of dollars in repairs for incomplete work from Tommy's in October of 2021, and I'd like them to take care of my bill once my truck motor and transmission are back in the condition they were before Tommy's incorrect and incomplete repairs.
