            We contracted verbally with ***** ****** of 4 Sure Electrical upon the recommendation of an agent, Jazmin ***** (no longer employed at Tesla), to install a Tesla charger in November 2021 for $850. We first took delivery of the EV in February and, therefore, first used the charger. We complained in March, April and May to ***** ****** via text to XXX-XXX-XXXX that the breaker he installed would trip when heated after several minutes. Said he'd come out and look at it, but never did. We contracted another electrician today, June 6, 2022, to diagnose the problem learned that the wiring and breaker ****** installed were not compatible with each other and not in accordance with the Tesla charger specs. We paid $660 to have the appropriate wiring and breaker installed. For we would like our $850 back for ****** or 4 Sure Electrical. Any restitution to us or penalty to him would be appreciated,

            I currently have a law suit pending against Mr. Roman ****** (4 sure electric, LLC) in the ******* ****** ***** system. The case concerns work done at my home at the end of last year. My association with Mr. ****** has been a nightmare. He has broken his promise to me on numerous occasions and refuses to answer phone calls, emails, texts, and registered mail. It took another electrical company with a license to complete the job at my home. He is hard to find and apparently is living in *** ******** **. His business address on this site is fictional (123 main street, Mt Airy - how original) as well as others he has on the internet. It finally took the ******* ****** ********* department a week to locate him and serve the court papers. I would definitely not recommend doing business with this man. I finally won my court case in Carroll County court 8-3-2020
