Professional, knowledgeable, and honest are all words to describe the owner of The Home Wise Pros, Jay. I went with this company based off of a recommendation. My roof was in bad shape and needed an entire replacement (gutters too). Jay was onsite the entire time that his crew was working. He made sure I was in the loop. He sent me pictures and communicated with me every step of the way. No question was too big or small before and after the job was completed. Jay really went the extra to mile.Review from Curt T

I am so glad I used Jay and The Home Wise Pros at the recommendation of a friend. After multiple bids on my roof job, Jay used the same quality, warranted product as the others at a fraction of the cost. He made everything very easy and kept me informed throughout the process. They were able to complete the job while we were away on vacation which made it super easy. Jay sent me pictures throughout the day of the work. Everything completed in one day which was amazing since I had the old roof, including all plywood, removed and replaced (and they worked on the hottest day of the year). Quality craftsmanship, great customer service, and very honest in telling you everything about the job and what the cost will be. Highly recommend The Home Wise Pros for any roofing job.Review from Robert L

5 stars is not enough, this company deserves 10! They replaced our entire roof from bare wood up with beautiful new shingles, replaced our old Gutter Helmet with a better product and replaced two skylights for a very reasonable price. The workmanship was superb and cleanup was phenomenal. In the 40 some years we have lived here, we have never had such professional, quality work done on our home!Review from Stacy M

I called Jay after our roof received storm damage. A tree branch speared it and we were in the height of rainy season. He quickly came out and did an assessment and spent time helping me understand the the nature of the repair. When I was negotiating with the insurance company, he actually explained to the assessor the scope of the repair so we could get a better settlement. The repair was done right away and with no fuss. Happy with the results! I highly recommend this company.

We were so pleased with our roof that we hired Home Wise Pros to install new gutters within a week of completion. From signing the contract to completion of all work, Mr. G kept us informed of all schedule changes, extra supplies needed, and possible delays. The price was competitive and Mr. G. was upfront with the possibility of additional costs, clearly explained why, and included that estimate in the initial contract. Because he took the time to explain, there were no surprises just satisfaction with a job well done. On the day of installation he remained onsite with his crew and texted photos and comments throughout the day. The entire team was respectful of property and ensured no one was injured leaving or entering the house. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Home Wise Pros for your next home project.The Home Wise Pros Response

We couldn't ask for a better company. They arrived on time and got right to work. The new roof was completed in just 1 day and you would not even know they had been here. Not a single spike or nail was left anywhere and the roof is gorgeous.The Home Wise Pros Response

We selected Home Wise Pros from *********** because they had seemingly thousands of glowingly positive reviews. After a nightmare roofing experience when we moved into our home 20+ years ago, we dreaded going through it again. *********** proved to be more reliable than our realtor’s recommendation when we purchased our home, and our roofing experience with Jay was fabulous, from start to finish. The initial visit, inspection and overview of the project, the clarity of the proposal, the efficient and orderly delivery of the shingles and installation operation, and competitive pricing. This year a falling limb poked a hole in our roof and Jay responded and repaired it immediately - all he would accept for the repair was a Coca-Cola, and it was so nice to see him again! There don’t seem to be too many reviews on ******, but there are literally thousands of positive recommendations on other platforms.The Home Wise Pros Response

I talked to 5 different contractors, Jay's pitch was amazing, and the work quality was MORE amazing. They took before, during and after pictures, and shared them all with me, so I could see what was going on. Talk about peace of mind. Not the cheapest roof out there, but far from the most expensive, and worth every penny. I've never had a better experience with a contractor of any sort.
