Henry’s replaced our driveway in the fall of 2021. Spring of 2022 we began to have very large pools of water in the center of our driveway. We contacted many times. Fall of 2022 they told us they had a new machine would fix it and they would be in touch. Since that time, we have made many calls and have sent pictures of the problem along with emails. Have received no response to date. We want the driveway fixed as the said they would.Business response

Good Morning;As was explained to the *******' We guarantee all driveways for one year.We ordered a thermal unit to repair driveways, late summer 2022.We waited five months for delivery. The machine is not working to our satisfaction.We are continuing to work with the machine to master the repair.If. by late fall we cannot get the machine to work to our satisfaction.WITH THE ******' permission I will stop out with the next rain when in your area to assess patching the driveway.my plan then, will be out in three weeks of this notice ,with notification that they will accept a patch.Thank you for your kind intervention.Respectfully,James C. Henry''s Paving was hired to replace our driveway in 2021. The work was completed in August 2021. We were promised a smooth product. Since December, there have been ripples/waves in the blacktop that have popped up. The driveway is uneven. I called and left 3 detailed messages since December on their message machine. Also, I e-mailed the Company via their website. Then 2 weeks ago, I spoke to the owner's son at the Washington County Home Show. He listened and took our information. As of this date, nobody has called regarding the issue. We want someone to come by to look at the driveway and offer a solution. We paid Henry's Paving $9,300 for this job.Business response
