This dental practice submitted a claim to my dental insurance company for dental work initiated on 10/4/22 for which it has been unable to complete while it fraudulently indicated to my insurance company that the work had been completed in order to receive payment. As a result of this fraudulent claim, my insurance company reimbursed this practice $586 as an in-network provider. This practice also charged my credit card a copayment for this same dental work in the amount of $904 for this incomplete work. This amounts to both insurance fraud as well as credit fraud as this practice is refusing to refund my credit card. While I have alerted my insurance company to this fraudulent activity, it is seeking to have this practice withdraw its claim and refund/return the payment which it received. I have also opened a dispute with my credit card company seeking to have the charge reversed due to the practices failure to complete the work. I would like the BBB to assist me in obtaining a timely refund to my credit card so I can have this work performed at a competent dental practice capable of completing the work. A business such as this needs to be exposed for its abhorrent business practices and blatant incompetence.Business response
