      Good evening, I am filing a complaint against this business because I paid this business to have goods shipped to me. I never received the goods or proof that it was sent to me. The initial transaction took place on December 7, 2021 via **** ***. It was for $100 ($60 for two meals and $40 for shipping). I requested a refund by the business on December 22,2021, but it was declined. Prior to sending the money for the shipment, I was told that a tracking number and receipt would be provided to me but it never was, even after I asked for them. The last message I sent to this business was December 24, 2021, asking for proof of shipment and I have yet to hear a response. This business has multiple ways to contact me (phone number, email, and social media) but has not said anything further about this matter. Because I never received the shipment nor did I receive proof that the shipment was sent, I'd like my $100 refunded back to me. Please and thank you.

      Hello, I am messaging BBB to provide my full name: **** ********. I am also providing the address I have for the business I filed the complaint against: ********************. Hyattsville, MD ***********. As previously stated, I am requesting a refund of $100 because this business has never explicitly said that they sent me the goods in which I paid for nor did they give me proof that the shipment was ever sent to me. I also paid the business $60 for a workout package which included videos and listings of healthier food options. I received the videos but never got the listings after asking for them multiple times. I paid for the workout package November 2021, and have been waiting for the listings since. I have yet to hear a reason from the business as to why I haven't received the listings. For that, I'd like an additional refund of $30, since I paid $60 but only received half of what I paid for. Thank you for your time in reviewing this matter
