      El 24 de enero del 2022, fui a la tienda de muebles, a mi esposo y a mi nos gustaron unos muebles y le explicamos a la muchacha que estaban lindos pero no tenan buena condiciones a lo que ella ******* no son esos, ellos le envan unos nuevos en 1 o 2 semanas, finalmente di un pago de 500 us el de la entrega ( en dos das me entregaron) complete el pago de ******, entonces cuando me entregan los muebles resulta que me enviaron los mimos daados que estaban en la tienda, peor an cuando lo entraron a mi casa se rompieron ms ( el delivery ?? forz mucho y rompieron bastante ) unos muebles en letter con un valor de ms de ***** us, cuando le dije no los quiero estn en muy malas condiciones yo compre unos muebles nuevos ( nunca llegaron en caja ) ellos hasta me pintaron las patas con un marcador, llamo a la mueblera de inmediata y le digo me rompieron los muebles cuando lo entraron, le enve foto por correo, me dicen vamos a revisar ( es mircoles) jueves voy a la mueblera ( me dicen el sbado paso a chequear) nunca llegan ( es lunes 31 de enero ) no lo vamos a cambiar su puerta es muy pequea !!! Le digo pero no es mi culpa no tenan que entrarlo as forzado . No he tocado los muebles, solo pido que me den unos muebles nuevos y me reembolsen mi dinero!

      On January 24, 2022, I went to the furniture store, my husband and I liked some furniture and we explained to the girl that they were nice but they were not in good condition, to which she replied, they are not those, they send her some new in 1 or 2 weeks, finally I made a payment of 500 us for the delivery (in two days they delivered me) complete the payment of 380.70, then when they deliver the furniture it turns out that they sent me the damaged ones that were in the store, even worse when they entered my house they broke more (the delivery ?? forced a lot and they broke a lot) some letter furniture with a value of more than 3,000 us, when I told him I don't want it they are in very bad condition I bought some furniture new (they never arrived in the box) they even painted my legs with a marker, I call the furniture store right away and tell them they broke the furniture when they brought it in, I sent them a photo by mail, they told me let's check (it's Wednesday) Thursday I go to the furniture store (they tell me on Saturday I go to check) they never arrive (it is Monday January 31) we are not going to change it their door is very small !!! I tell him but it's not my fault they didn't have to force him in like that. I have not touched the furniture, I only ask that they give me some new furniture and refund my money!

      07/19/2021 I purchased a bedroom set and it was delivered 8/7/2021 the chest arrived damaged and I immediately contact the store to inform them by phone and email. I was told that they would contact the manufacturer to have the item replaced. I have contact the store on several occasions to get updates and they keep informing me that they are waiting on the manufacturer. I received an email 9/10/2021 that as soon as we return the chest , we would be getting a replacement in two weeks. I returned the chest today 9/13/2021 and the gentleman was rude and trying to blame us for the chest being broken. He also was stating we couldnt drop off the chest and exchange it either. I showed him the email and he said we can leave it and that he will let the warehouse see the chest and they will call me to let me know.

      On 5/18/21 I entered Cozi to look for a sofa for my senior apt. I was elated to find a small gray chaise sofa to fit my measurements and color scheme. I was told the sofa needed to be ordered and it was stamped on the receipt that due to covid it may take 4 - 12 wks. I completed my transaction ($737.74). On 7/8 I called to check the status and was told it would arrive by mid- end Aug. On 8/19 I called again and was told there was no ETA and I needed to come in to find another item. I explained no other item would fit in the space but went into the store on 8/23 to confirm. At that time I was told the couch was not avail and I could not even purchase the floor model. I went to the counter and was told to wait another 2 - 4 wks. I asked to see verification and was denied. During visit i was giving many contradicting responses. I asked for mgr. several time to no avail. They claimed they got him on the phone and instead of speaking with him to told them to call him back
