I placed an order on 3/8/21 with polymerclayexpress for 14 lbs of clay . after a couple of weeks i emailed the company to find out if there was a tracking number I could have to track my shipment at which time i was told that because of Covid they are experiencing delays in shipping. The products were all in stock at the time of purchase. Whenever they have out of stock inventory there websites indicates that as a status . this was not the case for the items i ordered, they all had in stock status. I mentioned this to Rob **** who i believe is co-owner with wife Wilma Y. He told me he wasn't sure how that happened and assured me that they would have the products in within a couple of weeks. He was very nice and asked if i would mind waiting a bit. I told him that would be fine. for 4 months he gave me excuses. i asked for a refund . he said he would send the refund that day. this was weeks ago. still no product or refundBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/27) */ I sent a refund payment by paypal on sept 12 the transacation #**************************** I evidently transposed ********'s email address the correct email is *********@yahoo.com I sent the refund to *********@yahoo.com Just went to Paypal to cancel the incorrect payment and send a payment to the correct address again my apologies Rob Polymer Clay Express
