            I received a physical card in the mail from Bob A****** of Maryland Cash House Buyers, LLC, PO Box 626 New Market, MD 21774, 240-782-2288, www.mdcashhousebuyers.com. They are trying to buy my home which is not for sale. This is my family home, and it is NOT FOR SALE. My home has never been on the market. I do not want to continue receiving these cards trying to buy my home which is not for sale. It is a waste of time and energy and money to send me these cards and it is not good for the environment to just continually dispose of these cards. It is the responsibility of Bob A****** and Maryland Cash House Buyers, LLC to provide, for homeowners like myself, an opt-out of receiving these cards. I should not be receiving any of these cards as my home is not for sale. Please permanently remove me from any physical mailing or any contact lists.

            Bought a house that they completely remodeled- within first 5 months have had the following issues: roof leak , dishwasher leak, dishwasher hooked up to cold water line, mold, bad tile work in the shower that has caused the caulking to come apart. And maybe biggest of all- small electrical fire that if we weren't home to smell would have caused a house fire per the electrician. Per the home inspection we asked them to add insulation to the attic, had a handyman check it out that said it was done poorly and not nearly enough put up there. Bob is a nice guy but I was told from multiple contractors that their craftsmanship was poor.
