I received a physical card in the mail from Bob A****** of Maryland Cash House Buyers, LLC, PO Box 626 New Market, MD 21774, 240-782-2288, www.mdcashhousebuyers.com. They are trying to buy my home which is not for sale. This is my family home, and it is NOT FOR SALE. My home has never been on the market. I do not want to continue receiving these cards trying to buy my home which is not for sale. It is a waste of time and energy and money to send me these cards and it is not good for the environment to just continually dispose of these cards. It is the responsibility of Bob A****** and Maryland Cash House Buyers, LLC to provide, for homeowners like myself, an opt-out of receiving these cards. I should not be receiving any of these cards as my home is not for sale. Please permanently remove me from any physical mailing or any contact lists.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/06/27) */ Maryland Cash House Buyers mails postcards and letters to homeowners who may have a house to sell. Names and addresses are obtained from public record. We always "opt out" anyone who requests to be removed from our mailing list. Additionally, we scrub out lists against the National do not call register and never contact anyone on this list. We will be adding directions on our mail pieces to "opt out" of future mailings. Thank you, Bob A****** Owner of Maryland Cash House Buyers Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/06/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Accepted. Thank you to Bob for your prompt attention. In addition I received a very nice follow up voice mail from MD Cash House Buyers asking for my info to remove it from their DB. I texted my info and received a very nice response "...your info will be removed from out data base completely." Again I appreciate the business follow up and to permanently remove my info and no longer send these mailings. Thank you to the BBB for your help in resolving this issue.
