            I wish there was a 0 … how can a company make it so difficult for you to actually pay a lein on a trailer ? It’s like they are 100 percent trying run the lien amount up , or just outright steal the trailer. They have refused to work with me , refused to show me the lien paperwork, demanded I gave them a bill of sale , explain how I obtain a legal bill of sale from an owner who was evicted and abandoned the property 60 days plus ago ? When I obtained legal counsel to attempt to work with lakeside in getting an abandonment title , they stopped communicating and demanded I pay over 4grand . I’ve never had dealings with this company until now .. also I was approved for the park , I want my refund of 50 dollars per person per application, it says if you are denied it’s non refundable, I wasn’t denied …. And she still refuses to give me an acceptance letter …. Please have a lawyer with you to do any business with this company… I’m a United States veteran, and several times Tessie questioned my intentions and integrity, offering a back door deal , instead of buying the property from them legally, they wanted me to deal with the same owners they evicted 2 months ago …. I’m so glad I only lost 100 and time … that would have been my life savings taken from me . They were more than happy to take my money, but I refused to pay anything until I saw the lien documents, and the title …
