Horrible, possibly not legit. A lot of inconsistencies in paperwork.

Definitely a terrible, unorganized unprofessional company. They will waste your time and money and are terrible with communicating. It’s like a company run by teenagers.

This business is not legit at all. They advertised lending for new builds without building experience but you would need to have fix and flip experience. The owner Ian even took the time to interview us to ensure that we were a fit for this loan. After the interview they requested that we complete a loan application which we did. Prior to completing the loan application we informed them that we under contract on lots and they advise that they could handle the deal and that they can close as early as 10 days. Fast Forward we are well past 60 days. Needless to say the couple ghosted us for 56 days with no response to emails from myself, the buyer, the sellers agent and title company. Finally we requested to speak with either the owners Enzo and /or Ian. This request went on for 2 weeks and finally recieved an email stating that Enzo will call after his meeting. needless to say that he never called after his meeting. Finally 3 days later Enzo assistance called advising that they can close this loan on Jan 23, 2024 and that the long delay was due to holidays and a natural disaster in India. Well guess what as of Feb 1st we still did not close and they went ghost again. We completed loan application in November and have sent over a hundred emails and text messages asking for status. We recieved one rude message from Enzo stating he don’t have time to speak with us. Keep in mind we put in 2k in escow, $800 in appraisals $1000 in soil test and surveys and yet we are bothering him asking him for an update. After spending over 60 days waiting for an answer for something that they said would take 10 days we finally received an answer from Enzo stating that we don’t have build up experience. Well now this falls in line with false advertising as they were advertising that they are rolling out a new program wher ground up experience is not required. Now we have a hard inquired and out of thousands of dollars. This company and owners are scammers. Beware
