I previously had a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta that I was very late on payments with and my finance company was looking for the vehicle. I went to Jimmy Boxer auto Mall to see if they could help me get into a new vehicle and they did. I purchased a 2020 Kia Optima. The nature of my complaint is my Volkswagen Jetta that I had drove onto their lot, I was told at the time of purchasing the new vehicle that they had contacted my finance company and told them where the vehicle was and I could leave the vehicle on their lot because it was going to be picked up the next day. This was back in December. I still have my previous finance company, contacting me looking for the vehicle telling me they have never heard of Jimmy Boxer auto Mall. Out of countless times, I’ve tried reaching out to Jimmy Boxer, starting with the sales person that sold me the new vehicle who told me that they had contacted the finance company. When I finally weeks later, got a hold of the general sales manager. (Will) I was told the vehicle was picked up by a third-party company contracted to get the vehicle. This was towards the end of December. My previous finance company is still contacting me looking for this Volkswagen Jetta that was picked up from Jimmy Boxer Automall according to the general sales manager by a third-party company. Neither the sales manager, or anybody at Jimmy Boxer will return any of my calls or text messages. I was told that they contacted my finance company and my finance company. ******* ******* has never heard of them. Jimmy Boxer auto Mall cannot, and will not provide me with any information on what company picked up that vehicle from their lot and what company they contacted to come get the vehicle. Because, according to my finance company, it was not them. The 2017 Volkswagen Jetta Jimmy Boxer Automall told me to leave on their lot to be picked up by my previous finance company that was looking for it, nowhere to be found and they are screening my phone calls when I call into the receptionist to ask for management. I am trying to figure out from Jimmy Boxer auto Mall who they contacted to get this vehicle so I can locate it and provide my finance company with that information.
