We paid for a "king suite" and upon arrival, it was an old room with a king size bed and a bathroom that had a broken door. We were traveling with our 11 month old who doesn't know how to walk yet. We got to our room and let him crawl around and play with his toys. Within minutes of being in the room, my son put something in his mouth. I immediately went to him to end up pulling out a piece of broken glass that he had found on the floor! I panicked, and became furious. That is when I noticed that the floor had not been vacuumed at all. I then began to inspect the rest of the room and found mold stains on the sheets, mold in the bathroom, and sand everywhere. I went up to the office and brought the glass shard with me. I spoke with the front desk staff and they told me 1) i can speak to management but they wont be back until the next day 2) their housekeeping staff was also gone but i could change the sheets myself and if i wanted, they would give me the vacuum too. How is this acceptable?! I plan on going back to the office at 8am when they said management should be in. I want a full refund. My son could have ended up in the hospital! It's either a refund or a lawsuit.Business response
