      I purchased Front and Rear Strut and Coil Spring w/ Shock Absrober + Front and Rear Sway Bar Link Kit - Set of 8 order number:************. I received the parts and noticed I was missing the front struts, driver and passenger side. I call the customer service number and I accidentally entered the wrong extension and immediately routed to a rude customer service agent named “Marc” when I asked if I could be transferred to the correct department for my issue, his response was very rude and unprofessional. He was not interested in attempting to help in any way. I ended up having to dial again into the correct department. I am now being told that an investigation needs to take place to simply ship my missing parts that I paid for. Come to find out this investigation will take 10-14 business days. My vehicle is still in the shop waiting to be fully ready. The communication between the customer service department and myself has been horrific. I do want to thank “Marvin” he has been the only agent I’ve spoken to who is actually willing to help me out. He understands the frustration and customer expectation of receiving what we pay for. Unacceptable turn around time, makes a client feel as if I am lying about not receiving my parts. I should have researched this company prior to ordering my parts as I read these BBB complaints from previous customers, I can say I will won’t be recommending Auto Buffy nor will I be ordering from them again. I need my missing parts ASAP and not after 10-14 business of “investigating” the issue. The case is simple, the shipping associate at the warehouse simply did not ship my entire order. I am expecting a quick resolution to this.

      We have reached out to FedEx and they have informed us that there was an issue in their warehouse that's why the shipment was delayed. The have sorted it out and the order is out in transit and should arrive tomorrow. Here's the tracking link: ****************

      They don't send the right item and refuse refund unless you remove your review. Once you remove your review they still will not replace the wrong item sent for the right item or refund. Check their 1 star reviews on ****** and ********** reviews. I ordered CV axles and received door handles.

      Ordered 2 front struts on 2 different orders on ****** from Auto Buffy on January 13, 2023. Product packaging arrived severely damaged from *****. Did not open boxes due to possible product damage, and return policy stating they will not refund if opened. Requested a prepaid return label and refund. Company has asked for pictures. Have sent pictures to company of severely damaged packaging. Company requested pictures of broken parts. Told company we would not open due to it voiding them having to refund due to their return policy. Company wants us to pay return shipping which is $65 per package plus wants to charge a 25% restocking fee on parts that are possibly damaged. That's over $200 of my money out of over $300 that I will not get back due to their product arriving damaged, and their return policy. I did not feel comfortable with the state of the packaging to install the parts on my vehicle. Company has drug this out. Will not provide prepaid shipping label to return for refund. 2 weeks in with no resolution. They do not care. ****** has done nothing because Auto Buffy is 3rd party seller. I just need to return for a refund because I had to buy 2 more front struts from a parts store after these arrived in this condition.

      We bought 4 Vehicle shocks, they were the wrong fit for the vehicle. We sent them back and they will not return our money. We also paid for the return shipping.

Thank you so much for your help. We were not getting anywhere with them on this matter.
