      I have placed an order which was supposed to be delivered by CEVA Logistics, tracking number *********** CEVA has failed multiple times to deliver the package costing me thousands of dollars in lost wages due to either late cancellations or no call no show deliveries. The order was placed 29 May and first contact was made 31 May. Delivery was scheduled for 4 June, Late on 3 June (within 12 hours of the delivery window opening) ceva cancelled the delivery and the delivery was scheduled for 5 June. Early on 5 June ceva again cancelled the delivery within 12 hours of the delivery window opening. The delivery date was subsequently reset to 7 June to which the delivery driver never called and never attempted delivery. Ceva then falsified their logs stating the delivery had been attempted and the facility was closed. This is false as both my wife and I were home and no call or delivery attempt was made. The delivery was again rescheduled for 10 June to which no phone call nor delivery attempt was made. I have made multiple attempts to call customer service which have failed due to multiple differing automated networks stating different customer service hours, disconnects from the call center or extended hold times. It's obvious Ceva doesn't care about their customers and has extreme shortfalls on their ability to schedule and retain their appointments.

      I ordered a hot tub from **** *****, and Ceva was supposed to contact me to schedule delivery. I have called them several times over the past week at the number provided on their home shipment page, and set on hold for multiple hours just to be hung up on.

      Demanding delivery 10-19 delivery was scheduled No one showed and no one contacted me. Your Tracking system showed delivered to wrong address I tried calling and emailing CEVA multiple times no one responded. Your Prompt on IVR did not work. When I was able to leave messages no returned my call Contacted seller we spent 3 hours on hold and were be bounced around. When we talked to someone they said it was a computer error and promised it would ship on 10-28. 10-28 text message saying delivery from 1-5pm. Another missed delivery no one called me. I tried calling Tempe warehouse left 3 messages and was promised a call back. It never happened I want my delivery or be contacted and told thr truth

      On 9/27/22, I purchased sliding shower doors from Lowe's ($1,452.16, order #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). Initially the delivery was scheduled by CEVA Logistics (tracking number XXXXXXXXX) on 10/6/22 (confirmed via text message), between 9am and 4pm Eastern. They were not and I spent over an hour on hold, only to be told that I needed to call back later in the evening. After two more calls, I was informed the order was in my local distribution center and to call them to resolve. Upon calling I was sent to a voicemail box that was full and no longer accepting messages. I called back the national distribution center and after another 1-hour hold, set a 2 nd appointment for 10/10 between 12pm and 4pm. On 10/10, once again the hours set for delivery come and go. After a 1-hour hold, was disconnected. A second call and 1.5-hour hold resulted in a new appointment (for 10/14). On 10/14/22, confirmed with the local distribution center the shipment was out for delivery. After no delivery by 4:15pm, called the local distribution center again, was put on hold for 25 minutes. Finally spoke to Steven, a customer service representative at the BWI, who saw the scheduled delivery but saw it was not assigned to a driver and there was no way for him to determine the status of my order. He said he had not been trained him on a newly implemented system and he could not guarantee a rescheduled appointment would result in a delivery. I cannot continue to re-organize my commitments or expect my contractor to do the same for further missed delivery appointments. I've disputed the credit card charge, reported as an order not received. I have attempted to cancel this order through Lowe's. This notice serves as confirmation that I owe Lowe's and CEVA nothing after this ordeal. I want Lowe's to accept the credit card dispute immediately and to stop doing business with this distributer. I also want as many people as possible to know of this company's delivery practices and how they treat people.

      I ordered a patio set from ***** and they used a service called ceva logistics to deliver it. On the website after you put your tracking number in it says everything was delivered may 10th. Only one part of the package was delivered on May 10th. I've been calling both Lowes and Ceva. Lowes just gives me the run around, ceva doesn't even answer. I've called multiple times since may 10th. Even on my ring doorbell camera it shows that my package was not delivered. I didn't receive a call or anything prior to the alleged delivery. I just want either my money back or my patio set. As of now that $2,000 lost.

      Purchased a table and chairs from Amazon. Delivery was through CEVA Logistics (no choice of delivery provider). The first delivery window they were unable to deliver within. Upon rescheduled for a second window we waited the specified time (12-4 PM ET). No call or attempt to contact us was ever received with no explanation of why the delay. I attempted to call the Columbus regional distribution location but the posted phone number rings until finally receiving a Verizon Wireless error message. After trying several times I contacted the CEVA customer service 888 number provided on their website. I eventually reached a customer service rep who took no information and simply forwarded me to the local office. Again, multiple rings with no answer. The call sounded like it was going back to the customer support center but instead I was directed to a spam number asking about Medicare enrollment programs.

      Failure to comply with agreed upon time frames. Unethical practices of late night residential services. Expected pick up wait time 8 hours with no eventual pick up and several contacts directly woth CEVA. Poor empathy and excuses for poor service. When trying to reach outside normal business hours no one could provide any resolution or contact information. Security risk for single mom and late night home pick up services. No resolution and no help! Lost out on tickets for event with Santa. Made 4 year old sad

      They have not delivered my order # XXXXXXXA and will not answer phone. National Rep provided call number of local office with my package. 25+ calls to the local number at all different times of day over the course of a week all ended with a recorded message; We are too busy to accept calls. I again called their national office and was told it shows it is out for delivery just about every day but never shows up. The tracking information is false. It has been saying my delivery will be today for the past two weeks. I can sympathize with supply chain issues as the world is currently COVID crazy but CEVA's COMPLETE lack of concern to provide ANY clarity seems to say "We don't care".
