On May 6th(friday) Joshua from All dry of Baltimore aka * *** * *****, Mold, Restoration LLC came to my property because I put in a warranty claim with *** for my sump pump. He was not knowledgeable and couldn't decipher the difference between the actual sump pump and the sewer well that was in the basement. He never touched, diagnosed or even attempted to repair the sump pump. All he did once he realized what it was was look in the hole and advised me that it needed to be bigger. He then told me that he had to refer it back to *** for the next step. The following week I heard NOTHING from the Alldry/ R and M Water, Mold Restoration LLC. I called and spoke with a woman who stated my ticket was closed by *** and she didn't know why. That she would contact them and call me back. She never called back. I called *** and was told that Joshua only put on the ticket that the hole needed to be bigger but nothing about the sump pump. So the rep. reopened my ticket. I have called ALL DRY 3-4 times and left messages to get it rescheduled and no one is professional enough to return the call. I had to $125 for the call for an incompetent tech who didn't know anything not did he do anything. I want my $125 trade fee back.
