Falcon Crest apartments & town homes in Owings Mills at 25 Pittston Circle is the worst place to make your home. I moved there in 2017 . It seemed like it was a nice little area to live . At first everything was good the first 8 months even though they kept changing the move in date . There were things not finished being fixed in my unit . Months later to my surprise I start experiencing some weird activities in my place .

I'm in sound mind and body. I just like to tell my story . I'm a kind caring female I have no I'll will towards anyone . I don't have family , I feel like I'm in this world alone . The only thing I count on is my faith in ***** ****** . If I don't have ***** on my side I'm in big trouble . I try very hard to be independent. I know nothing in this world Is free,I just wish there were some kind people in this world that can help with situations like this . Everyone is out for self which I understand. The hustle and bustle of every day life . I do have an education of higher learning .There's nothing special about me . I try very hard to fix what's wrong in my life the best I can and leave the rest to God . Sometimes you need help or a listening ear to point you in the right direction for help that's needed . I'm having a real hard time right now in my life to fix a problem that is out of my hand . My finances are very limited since Covid 19 . Before covid I could work to get what ever I needed . Now covid won't allow me . I moved in a place called Falcon Crest but is now called Mills Crossing .I did not know all of the history of the place because from my understanding it has changed over management several times . The management company before seem to be good people and kind and fair . Six months of me living here another company called Sage took over . I saw them making upgrades to the exterior of the units outside, which I thought was a good sign of things to come . Here's my story: I have lived here on this property since about November of 2017 .So about February of 2019 everything seemed ,good until I happen to be taking an after noon nap,as I awoke"something flew across my eye sight . I sat up looked around ,I thought maybe I imagined seeing something flying soI ignored it and ,went on about my day. Next couple of days I was sleep at night woke up again groggy something flew across my eyesight again, maybe I'm dreaming . Couple of more nights same thing is happening again . I thought what is this that keep flying across me. So finally I saw it and I said to myself it looks like it could be a bird or rat or bat .Perhaps maybe a bird or something flying outside got in my place , especially since I lived in the back and it is a very wooded area . I was cleaning my bedroom this particular day and as I turned to clean on the back of my bed head board something ran behind the bed-board. So got scared . I ran outside, and told my neighbors something is flying or jumping in my place . I also ran and called the rental office , This was also the time covid 19 had just started good . Ms Donetta answered . I told her this Ms . ****** ***********************e something flying and jumping in my unit . She said we can't help you with that , call animal control . Police car was outside serving papers at another unit so I went over and asked him what to do oh we can't help with that . Few more neighbors came out I began to talk with them because they were asking me what was wrong . After I explained they said they did not know what to do , well they began to ask describe what did it look like. I said it scurried so fast for me to get a good look at it . So my neighbor who lives right beside me I asked him to help me . We tried looking for it couldn't find a thing . Ok now I know I saw something. I tried to put it out my mind . Things just kept happening, like I was sitting on my bed working on building a dollhouse for an associate of mine when something wet dropped on my forehead I look up did not see anything on the ceiling that was wet , so where did it come from . I dis missed it that day . It happen a couple of more times . I thought to myself am I going crazy or something. I told this person named Dwayne about it . He said it ain't nothing flying in here you crazy as **** . I said ok he don't live with me he just comes to visit several times a week . It happened again something jump off my bed just as I turned over to sit up, it scared me I called him again . Dwayne please come to my house to search ,that night he came we looked couldn't find nothing . Next couple of days I'm sleeping again taking a nap I woke up it flew across me I saw it it was a mouse or rat or squirrel because it seemed like it flew . It was pretty big . It jumped on my shoulder. Next day I went to rental office told MS Donetta what I saw and what had happened,so I ask for exterminator . They came a few times and sprayed they say they closed up some holes in my unit . I'm thinking's now it can get better . I have a king size bed beautiful bed pillow top mattress. It has mirrors it made like the pillars of the Greek isles . I buy all kinds of expensive sheets , beds in a bag , some given to me from friends . I'm laying down I only sleep on one side of my bed because its big . This day I'm watching tv something is moving under the covers I pulled cover back to under the sheets to under mattress cover . I try hitting at it . Wait a minute it's in my mattress . I'm still hitting at it , I pull bed out to look under it , I began to pull-up the mattress they jumped out the other side . I called rental office next day complained and asked for help . They say they sending out exterminator Thursday I waited for them they he never came . I went to target Walmart after I researched YouTube . Rat x Tom Tom , traps , I got some sticky traps , a green mouse poison. I tried home remedies peppermint, mothballs , bacon soda with sugar and flour concoction. Nothing works . Listen it's going on three months . I have not gotten any sleep . I try to sleep during the day and stay up at night because they say they are nocturnal. That don't work they are bold and brazen . I never knew rodents could do some of the things they doing . Mice and rats are dirty they carry diseases . Now I have health problems this is why my asthma has gotten so bad . To finish my story it doesn't matter what time night or day , they are quick sly deliberate especially if you fight with them like I have . I started fighting these things in my mattress back,out of frustration.Iwas so scared I started taking sticks and hammers to bed hitting at them because they were getting right up under my body . I can feel them gnawing away at my back side . They don't stay in there all day they come out to feed . They climb up your covers and get on your bed right beside you when you sleep . You wake you see rat ball poop on your covers right next to you . When you wake they jump off . They tear into your pillow top mattress and burrow down in the padding and have there babies . I started taking my big hammer to bed and my steel stick . I'm thinking what if they bite me . I'm beating and banging on my mattress to get them to come out . They leave out . Come right back the next day or night . When they not in there I try to sleep . They usually wake me up when I feel them in my mattress moving around or one will jump on my right arm. Hey they shaking this bed what kind of rats is this.They make noise like a hum of some kind . They come right where you are and will poke at your body parts . Like my leg they come push it up to let you know they there . They run through your mattress especially when you hit at them . You flip the mattress and start banging and tearing the mattress apart they jump out the sides and run away . Soon as you think they gone they come right back because it's there home now and there nest . I finally threw my mattress out because I could get them to stay out . I went to sleep on my sofa because I now did not have a mattress or the money at the time to buy a new one . They'll get in your sofas and do the same . Well I continued calling Mr Joe of Mills Crossings management and Ms Donetta . I try my best to understand and stay respectful. I don't believe it's really a big problem for them because it's not them going through this scary frightful disgusting problem . If it were them and they had rodents in there suppose to be safe haven they would see and feel the seriousness of this problem . Mr Joe say oh I'll have the exterminator come again and again , except I'm being tormented every day and night . If I had not experienced this for myself I might would of thought someone is lying or losing there mind or just plain bat crazy . I notice when other people come in the house and check they gone , or hide . If you stay awhile they'll come out and you could see them . I feel they are very smart and they must know me or my smell because when I'm there they get on my mattress and under my mattress and box spring . They were in my mattress one day maintenance came I begged him just sit on the bed for 10 minutes he wouldn't he couldn't because then he knew he would have to help me . The only thing they did was an inspection which they admitted yes you have a rodent problem . I begged Mr Joe can you come to my unit and see he came because I read the report where the exterminator said there was trash and grease running down my appliances so I challenged him to come to my unit because I was so upset because that was lies on the report . It looked like they were trying to cover themselves and the problem . First of all I have OCD . I like everything clean and in order . Dwayne who stops by has OCD and can witness how I live . Mr . Joe came to my unit with an assistant and looked around and I quote his words were oh wow I see you take pride in your place . I said yes . First of all they said I had trash cans in the house with trash falling out this is a lie everyone know I hate trash cans people spill things and the liquid falls on the outside of it. I prefer to tie all the trash up in bags and take it out everyday . I don't use my stove to cook on I live by myself . Most things go in the oven to heat up or microwave. Those things look like they haven't been used . So he apologized for the mistake . Once again it seems like this company Sage at Mills Crossing really don't want to invest the money in the opening in the concrete or exterior of each unit . I know it take money to make money . If you take care of your renters the renters will pay and stay and the money will flow. Renters are going to leave because situations like mine are too much to put up with . I wonder how Sage would feel if they had my dilemma.Come home from a hardship day work shower eat , try sleep and these rodents burrowed in there mattress making noise and sleeping right up underneath you for body heat . I couldn't make this stuff up even if I wanted to. This is a horrific thing to have experienced. There has been other things that has happened but I have not made a big deal about any of it because I know life happens . Certain things you can over look and work with the company . I am a kind forgiving person but don't take my kindness as a weakness . Then they say can you go and stay at a relative or friend . No I can't that's what I pay my rent for to have a roof over my head . My account has not been straightened out since this company took over . Every month they tell me cooperate is handling it and every month it's still not fixed until the find a way to blame it on me . They probably try to kick me out because I'm speaking out . My neighbors over top of me make noise like crazy they let there child ride his scooter over top my head . Company come by and say what is all the noise I'm ready to go knock on there door and ask them to stop . I say no don't go maybe they will stop soon . My place has been flooded on four occasions I didn't complain it took them months to come back and finish the job . It took them three years to get my air conditioner to finally work did not complain . They finally fixed it when I had a problem with these rodents . My new toilet in January of 2020 while everyone else on the property had there's . They forgot I lived back there because at the time I moved in I was the only one on that end living back there . If things were taken seriously and I was treated like I was of some importance I still would not of complained . When you complain about something they talk to you nasty like I'm the problem and why you coming in here worrying us . I don't understand people who do this . Allot of times I try to fix the problem on my own because I know if I go and say something to them they going to look at you as if you are a terrible resident . Look I decided to take a look at the . I ask Mr Joe please can you get me in another unit . He say no nothing I can do. So something said go look at the review of Mills Crossing /Falcon Crest . Now I think I know why It took so long to get people to rent these units back here . A friend told me long ago poop really rolls down hill . Every time I have to call that rental office I feel scared because I know they don't want to here from me . No I would recommend no one to this property at this time unless they were willing to fix this problem . I have asthma my asthma is bad again . Not to mention I have other chronic medical problems I'm dealing with that's in my file. Wow I finally see what they is they are deer mice I never heard of them . Now I see these things jump like a rabbit and they say that carry a bad virus . Oh God this is all I need maybe this is why I'm breaking out this thing already scratch me on my ankle and leg . I don't want no problems and I don't want to be nobody else's problem. Wrong is wrong and right is right . Let's see how much longer it takes . I been staying in and sleeping in my truck as of Friday 19 of 2020. I slept in there since I threw out the mattress now I'm sleeping on my leather two seater . They been running under it . Can't take no more . Im literally and mentally sick . There's no need to buy a new mattress right now until someone patch up the holes they coming in to the unit . I'm afraid now that I know what I know they'll make there home in the new mattress. I guess I'll have to move out . I'm afraid they will make something up to get me out of the unit and property. I'm having the this problem...and everyone thinks I'm crazy....but I'm not...It's just that something very weird is going on....whatever it is...I can't live a normal life....I'm living in pure ****....a nightmare...It's in everything...I can't sit down...I can't sleep...I even bought an air mattress on sale at target for 92.47 . I believe It sucks the energy out of you while you sleep...I wake up feeling like **** very tired because I can't sleep. Sleeping on my couches no relief they all up in my couches . Girlfriend Vanessa fisher bought me a new mattress off her account when I told her what I was experiencing. The mattress was very hard to sleep on but I was still appreciative. I waited awhile and bought brand new of months got some money together and bought me another nice expensive pillow top mattress that was more comfortable for 600.00 I have the receipt. Bought brand new steal bed rack from Walmart I have receipts 95.00 dollars They been sending exterminator more often but they really not doing anything but saying I don't see where they coming in . I showed them so many times . Things have calm down a little . I called the health department and talk with agent they say they took report and was coming to my house to see me . They said they did come around and check property but they did not notify me they came . They said Mr Joe put traps down outside the property . Oh wow they back with a vengeance I call Mr Joe he send out exterminator nothings getting better now they all up my new mattress. This will never end I've been scratched several times , my skin is itching and burning what is this. Help somebody anybody . My life is been **** these three and half years . I'm drained depressed I know my girl friend ****** and ******* tired of me. I've been buying traps poisons devices with my money nothing helping . Gone to stay in hotel I need some rest . Just got home from the hospital nobody believes me . I don't believe this mess myself I'm in a nightmare . 3/30/21 went to stay at Hilton hotel to get some sleep stayed 5-6nights it cost me about 1.500.00
Man I hated to come home back to this nasty infested house . Can't tell know one they think I m lying . My house smell like especially bedroom . They urinated all on carpet smell is very strong . I'm now Throwing up all the time now . Ooh I see them it's deer mice . Wow I'm get hanta virus and die . They scratched me . These things are aggressive they not scared of you . I'm very scared of these things . Why can't I get any help. I'm suffering God and don't know why . I feel like something crawling on me . Im going crazy ,I'm so depressed no one will help me . Now ain't this something another leak drawing all these gnats attacking me just what I need .This been going on for almost four years now . I gotta move don't have the funds or help . But I'm getting out here . Moved in here in 2017 . They not trying to give me no money back for all the stuff I bought either . Every day I feel bad and sickly .Them underneath me right now I'm so scared . I'm alone in this even m children don't believe me I'm so broken hearted . My son telling people I'm crazy because I cut up my mattress and threw it out . I'm not crazy someone come see for your self . I don't know what to do I wanna cry this is a night mare .
