            Shortly after moving into my condo the bathtub faucet began to leak and was extremely hot to the touch. I naturally called a plumber to address it. After the plumber assessed the issue, he stated that the O-ring had been damaged by the extreme heat of the water, which was 150 degrees Fahrenheit. I contacted the property management company and they responded by sending someone to my place but the water temperature was still not adjusted. After the plumber used by TWPM came out the temperature was adjusted but it's still extremely hot (135 degrees F) and has caused other issues as well, such as a low hot water pressure. The original issue in my bathroom has still not been fixed. After submitting the invoice of $209 to TWPM for payment, I was told by the community association manager, a TWPM employee, they will not pay it. Since the leak was as a result of damage caused by their plumbers how is it that I now have to pay out $209? Your assistance in resolving this matter is much appreciated. Thanks

            Tidewater Property Management is incapable and unreliable of providing the vital support that Cromwell Ridge Association required. The manager is supposed to act as a liaison which will enable the board to make sound and informed decisions that will lead to success and growth. The Manager, and the Legal advisor lack knowledge of federal, state, and local laws that govern HOAs. This lack of knowledge escalated to disastrous consequences and generated friction between homeowners and the HOA board. The inability to resolve homeowner issues, maintenance, lack of proper guidance, lack of skilled bookkeeping, only lead to costly fines billed to the homeowner's, financial instability and litigation. If you are searching for a reliable company, Do Not Hire Tidewater Property Management.
