  In July 2023 I signed up for Zenith Inc.to work with my insurance company to get my roof repaired. In the beginning everything was good there was great communication questions were answered but then about 3 months in everything stopped . I would attempt to reach out to, the adjuster Ian D******, and ask for updates, and then things went silent. Every few weeks I would call leave voicemails reach out to people who I’ve had contact with in the beginning trying to get an update as to what’s going on, and have been ignored . I’ve reached out to a Doug D***** his assistant Taylor in addition to customer service who never seem fans of the phone I always leave voicemails and no one calls back. finally in January an Anthony O******* reached out to me , not because of my complaints but because he wanted me to sign some paperwork so he could take over for Ian, who went MIA. He was extremely helpful, but he could not tell me how to cancel my contract. He gave me an email to contact and assured me someone would get back to me but that has not happened yet. I have called I have sent multiple emails with a no call back. I still have an open file with this company, and I am no longer in need of their service, I am horrified by the lack of professionalism and customer service from this company. They made promises that they could not keep and I feel like I have been scammed. I want to assure that my contract is nullified and any money that was taken from my insurance company is returned for all of this seems like a scam. This company has salesman knocking on your door making promises that no one can keep . They are attentive until they get the money and then they ghost you and then no one gives you a call back and no one answers the phone . This screams SCAM

  Zenith installed solar panels and a roof on my 1,700sq house for 46k and have refused to provide me with the necessary warranties for the solar system. They abandon you once you sign for completion of work. Unlike all solar system installers, Zenith will not assist you with the neccaasry paperwork for your state and federal incentives. Please avoid this company at all cost. Thank you

  We will not hire Zenith again. We had a tree fall onto out house and it did significant damage. They said they would do the entire scope of work set out in the insurance estimate in a month. It took them five months and they only did 2/3 of the work, refusing to do the rest. When they sent us the final bill, it was for the full scope of work instead of the adjusted amount of work they actually did. The final product is satisfactory, but they made an already stressful situation more stressful in the process. They also did not do a final walk through, which would have been beneficial because there are certain details which needed their attention, but were neglected.

  I am very satisfied for Justin O and his company Zenith Inc to help us replace brand new roof recently. My team and I own multiple properties and this is not the first property where Justin has installed a roof for us." After the bad storm we had, Zenith handled all the documents needed by the other parties. Justin helped me know what was coming up or if there was anything I needed to do. The crew installed the roof in one day and cleaned up well afterwards. Everything was done just as we had agreed, the tenants are happy and the roof looks great. I can't recommend them enough!"
