You are Crooks . My parents bought a Policy in 1967 and it expired in 2015 but we didn't know about this till now 2024 and all they say is Sorry you have nothing coming

They took advantage of an illiterate elderly man and took out premiums out for 3, years. Now they are lowering the surrender amount saying that we aren't filling out the form correctly. They are lowering the amount and keep giving us the run around .The Baltimore Life Insurance Company Response

I’ve been trying for a month to talk to a rep about two policies I have had for many years. I’ve tried every number I can find, I have emailed, and still can’t get thru nor anyone to call me back. Extremely poor customer service. They should be ashamed. No wonder there’s no BBB rating.The Baltimore Life Insurance Company Response

I don’t know what customer they are reviewing this with but to date, I’ve heard nothing from them. It’s been over a month since I initially attempted to contact them. Every since phone number I try rings busy, every single time, no matter what day, what time, or how many attempts. I emailed them and got a reply to try a phone number I already tried, many times. This is a disgrace for a life insurance company - how do people with a claim ever get in touch???Customer Response

This company doesn't like to pay out. It takes 30 business days to receive my money then it's another 3-4 days before it'll show up in my bank account. I'm curious to see if it will, don't have any faith in this company and I would steer clear if I was you. This was a 7 yr annuity. Wish I had never heard of this company and am glad they don't do business in VT. I'm sure the state wouldn't allow them to.
