    On 10/6/2023 I entered Nails Pro and Spa to get a pedicure. I have been using this salon for many years, but this visit was after a long pandemic. When I entered there was an argument in process with a customer and manager. I could not leave because angry customer was blocking door. She started to throw bottles of nail polish and one broke shattering glass and red polish which hit me, fortunately not cut but polish splashed over most of clothes, shoes, handbag, etc. The woman ran out of the store. Then an employee started to wipe nail polish remover over me which made it worse soaking me with chemicals. Manager called police (case #*********) and I waited a long time but finally had to leave, but left my personal information. I asked manager, named Phillip for owner information for damages but he refused to give it to me, also refusing to give his full name. He told me to come back that he would replace or clean my damaged clothes. I tried calling for updated info to Nails Pro and even returned with my damaged clothes but was refused information or any solution. I was told by him to get the Police to catch the criminal and have her repay me. This is a terrible example of good business or just human kindness. I am a senior and this was suppose to be a nice day after so many years of confinement. I was so disappointed in how I was treated and that I was refused any solution. I not only would like some reimbursement but at least be treated as the victim I was and an apology from these owners who would not identify themselves to me and discarded this incident; I am wondering if they reported the incident to their insurance company?
