I love living here! Eileen and Stephanie are great with all questions and concerns. The leasing office holds events all throughout the year really making the residents feel appreciated. Donnie and Nic are great too and maintenance requests are responded to in a quick manner! Not to mention, the grounds are kept impeccable. I would recommend Greenbriar Estates to anyone!

After my ****** review was removed, I want to ensure people understand my experience with *************** (WPM Real Estate Group) so hopefully it can provide leverage on *************** to take better care of units, and offer tenants lower rates as *************** is NOT worth their asking price for the issues it has.

I lived here for a year in a studio. During the winter, my heater consistently had issues and failed regularly with the apartment getting down to 54F. The underlying issue was never resolved, and every month when it would fail a new maintenance guy would come, replace the filter and go "looks like they forgot to replace the filter for the year" and do that another 3 times once a month until it was no longer cold outside. The AC also went out a few times, and according to a maintenance guy it was due to a failure to do regularly scheduled maintenance. My dishwasher also broke on move in and I did not receive a replacement for months. I also had an issue with the water heater and the thin plastic drainage sheet cracking and leaking water onto the floor soaking my carpet and furniture around it and warping the floor.

The place was expensive, had a lot of issues, including people thinking my place was an entrance since it was on the side so Amazon would leave residents packages at my door, and random ******* workers would open my door when it was unlocked and even after realizing it was a unit, ask to walk through my apartment to get inside the building to deliver food. The food delivery issue was a pretty constant problem with people pulling on the door about every week. It was just a mess, and they asked for a 3% rent increase two months before I moved out. I was happy to get out of my lease. Also, be aware, the lease has a clause for 2 months owed rent if you cancel early, so I ended up paying on two places for a little over a month.

The location is nice, people are friendly, but it's very expensive and I had a ton of issues while living here.

What a wonderful experience it has been renting here! Our leasing agent, Miranda, has been, and continues to be, extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind! Our apartment was clean and move in ready. Can't say enough how pleased we are moving here!

I have been living here for about 2 weeks now and let me tell you, I love this place!! Kirstin was my leasing agent and she was the best! She made the process very easy for me and was very kind, helpful, and responsive. So far I've contacted maintenance a couple times for some minor upkeep, and Kyle and maintenance team have been SO AWESOME. He has come to help every time within 24 hours. Very pleased with this place and looking forward to living here!

Glenmoor Oaks is a wonderful community and great place to live! Miranda, the property manager, goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need to make your stay fantastic. She manages a great team in the office which are always standing by to answer anything you may need. Should any maintenance issues arise, it is always tackled immediately as well by our wonderful maintenance manager, Kyle. Miranda ensures you are treated like one of her own family and you can definitely feel the sense of caring that goes into every interaction. Miranda ensures the units are detailed after each resident, including a complete carpet cleaning. Glenmoor Oaks is a fantastic community and you will feel right at home!

The apartment space is beautiful and the staff is always so helpful and kind. I enjoyed my time in Baltimore thanks to 520 Park Apartments

Oh Wow, I have a lot of great things to say about 501 Luxury Apartments. I been living here thus far since October 2021. I enjoy the property a lot and cleanliness of the building. The Property Manager Star, Assistant Manager Jennifer and Maintenance Team always go above and beyond to make sure we "all" are okay. I enjoy getting Newsletters, Things To Do around Baltimore, and Updates about 501 Apartments. I enjoy living here despite what goes on in the surrounding area has nothing to do with 501 Apartments. It's called "Life skills" you must know how to survive and defend for yourself. If your not to sure about Baltimore City do your research before moving here. It's great place to live with nice and luxurious Studio, 1 to 2 Bedroom apartments. New Security staff is great and they get to work before there shift even start to make sure the Property Assets and Residents are safe. More importantly they make sure we get our packages and mail efficiently. 501 Luxury Apartments also have a Business Center/Lounge you can use to study, conduct meetings and better yet host events! They gym is small but enough space to work out and enjoy yourself. Parking/ Garage is safe and secured. FYI: As Residents it's our job to walk our guest in and out the building. It's our job to make sure we do not allow other cars or people to walk through our Garages if they do not have a key fob. It's our job as Residents to make sure we keep each other safe and all doors secured and lock regardless. Over all, I enjoy living here the Customer Service is beyond Satisfactory! If I could I would give the Property 10 STARS ⭐
