I paid $480 on 6/7/2023 for 4 movers for 3 hours, but I only received 2 movers for 2 hours and the additional 2 showed up for less than 30 minutes so we had the full 4 movers less than 30 minutes. They called on 6/7 at 12:40 pm (we agreed they would come at 1pm) stating that they now only had two movers available at the agreed upon time and two that were still at a previous job. They did not know when the other two movers would be able to come to our apartment. We had to return the ***** and clear out our storage unit that day so we could not take the risk of waiting an unknown amount of time for all 4 movers. Because we only had two movers my family and I stepped in to fully unload the ***** and carry as much as they could into the apartment (4th floor, no elevators). We also loaded the boxes from the storage unit and unloaded that as well. We would not have had to do any of that labor if all four movers (that we paid for) were present when they were supposed to be. When the movers were leaving they asked for a payment code. I did not have any information on this. The lead guy took my phone, had me set up an account, and then took the payment code. I later learned this was only supposed to be given if I was happy with the service (which I was not). The two movers that were late were compensated by the people they were moving before us for the extra time spent there. I should not have to pay them for the time they were supposed to be at my apartment but were not. I contacted the mover via Moving Help's issue resolution center but he stopped responding to my messages. This mover beached our contract of 4 movers for 3 hours. I am seeking compensation for this contractual breach.Initial Complaint

We hired Miracle Movers & Miracle Maids, LLC to pack our Uhaul truck on February 7, 2022 for our cross- country move. This company was extremely negligent, did not use the provided packing blankets, and severely damaged several items of furniture. We had to unpack and re-pack about half of the truck in order to safely secure our furniture. In addition, the movers broke off a leg/frame of our farmhouse table while packing...they attempted to hide the damage by pulling out their own drill, and wrecklessly s******* several screws into the table, which further split the wood and caused irreparable damage. They did not tell us about the damage, and continued to pack on top of it. We only found it because we had to unpack the truck and repack because the packing job they did was so horrible. There were two antique mid-century chairs that were broken, a s**** punched a hole into our sectional couch, deep gashes in our wooden kitchen table, and numerous other damages because of wreckless packing. It was almost like they threw in the furniture on top of each other. Blankets were not used appropriately/ at all. We attempted to contact the owner to obtain reimbursement for the damages or contact information for their insurance company, but the owner will not respond.
