I have provided significant proof that I was overcharged by the medical practice ******* **** **** and yet they only gave me a partial refund. I've called and waited patiently but no one had been in contact with me and I'm over it. I was responsible to pay 45.73 and was charged 276.05 of which I was only refunded 130.08. I am owed 100.24.Business response

We are a billing company for medical providers. Each practice is responsible for processing their own refunds to patients once notified of an overpayment as we, Health Prime LLC, will never handle cash in any form.
As their medical biller, we have notified this customer of said overpayment and the need to issue the refund to the patient but again have no control of this payment being processed by the clinic. This complaint needs to be redirected to ************ **** since they collected payment initially and must also process the refund.
This has nothing to do with Health Prime and is technically a complaint for the medical practice listed above.
