Date of purchase: 12/27/2020 for $139.75. On 12/6/21 I was promised a voucher toward a new pair of shoes by ****** @ Asics. The upper on the shoes that I purchased in December 2020 are defective causing a tear in the fabric on the right shoe. I sent all of the information that was requested by Kei'Ara on 11/19/21. Received on 11/26/21 per Jewel in customer service. On 12/3 I was told by ******* I would receive an email re: the claim status. On 12/6 I was told by ****** that I would be receiving an email voucher by 12/10. On 12/10 I received an email stating that the shoes do not meet the criteria for warranty. This was verified by Zaquari on 12/10. Spoke to a manager today, 12/14 (do not recall his name) who also denied the claim due to excessive tread wear, even tho the issue is not with the tread. This company has done nothing but lie to me and does not stand behind their products, as stated. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. and they refuse to acknowledge that. I can text pictures of the shoes along with my ** receipt if you provide me with a number. Thank you.
