On 3/23 I ordered Tribute Basket #6545 ($154.00 Deluxe) to be delivered to the home of the deceased. Order No. ******* for a total of $185.96 with fees. I received a photo of the flowers that were sent to the family and instead of a beautiful arrangement in a basket, it was a small to medium glass vase with lilies and filler roses. Nothing with any of the flowers included in the Tribute Basket. I then contacted The Blossom and spoke with a lady who was very understanding and was sending my info to the Logistics Dept. After speaking with them and explaining my situation, they then said they were contacting the Billing Dept. to refund me my $185.96. My account has not been reimbursed nor have I heard from them since. I have sent many emails with no response. I finally told them I was reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Still nothing. I have used The Blossom previously and was very pleased with their flowers. Confused and disappointed in this last experience with them. I have all correspondence and pictures to submit, but don't have the knowledge to download from my phone.
