  On 07/29/2021 I signed up for Phlebotomy Technician school for weekend mornings I payed a $200 deposit in order to start class on August 14,2020. On that day I showed up to school, no one was there not a student or a teacher. I called and I was told class was canceled never received a phone call text message email saying it would be canceled. I was told by ms t. I could start August 21,2020 9am that same day she texted me canceling that. She then said I could start October 9th on a week day when I signed up for weekend mornings. She then said I would have to wait until the end of November to start. Every month she cancels I asked for a refund via text and she called me cursing me out saying I would not receive a refund. I have every message. I would like my refund of $200. This school is very unprofessional most likely a scam to get people to sign up they have fake reviews online I would like to report this establishment.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/19) */ ****** ***** signed up for Phlebotomy on August 3rd for weekend class which was cancelled due to death in my family. I spoke with ****** on August 14th and we changed the date to October9th weekend class she agreed to the class and said she would need to leave by 5:00pm we agreed. On September 8th she send me a text for a balance and when her last day would be. I provided her the information she request. On Friday October 8th she texted me agsin stating she can't change her work schedule and shw would look for another school. She ask for a refund I reminded her there is no refund and its stated on my website NO REFUND I said because of her Situation I offer her that day only refund minus $50. registration fee. She said no she will wait until November so we were set for November and I have all her messages with information in it. On October 13th she sent me a long text messages that I didn't feel was true or appropriteand make false Statements. I called her to clear up her messages. Mrs. ****** began to be irrational and disrespectful I stated to her qhen she was ready to discuss in a professional tone to call me she contuined to send me messages call me names ect. She stated my reviews were fake and my school was as well. How is it fake when she came here to the building? Also goggle reviews have to come from a individual person they can't be fake because that's what made her sign up. I never had this happen before my information is very clear no refund I changed her class twice per her request a deposit takes that seat off the Board that could have been for someone else. For her to call a place of Business and continuing to harass me is why I chose to file a police report and not except any messages or calls from her. She is definitely disrespectful and I had two people in my office at the time of her calls. Every student that I've had is happy and working.
