Purchased new tahoe 2024. Purchased 7/2024. Paid cash. Now 60 days later, I have no tags and no title and no response from Jerrys. The rear passenger door leaks like a sieve because the molding is missing. I am in PA they are in MD. PA has no record of my car, tags or title. I have written to everyone from the manager down and not one response. In less than a week I will not be able to drive the car. I have contacted Chev service complaint dept, no response. There is no rating less than 1 or they would have it. Stay as far away from this group as you can. My next call will be my Attorney. Terrible.Review from Reno L

worst dealership ever. Purchased a 2015 ********* 1500 for work. 1. check engine light came on. 2. had to get spark plugs replaced (paid out of pocket. 3. Transmission started slipping( Took the truck to another dealership and they say Transmission needs to be replaced. All of this and it's July 2022 and I Purchased the truck in March 2022. Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from.
1. Never have loaners when a warranty issue with vehicle occurs.
2. Brought my car in 3 times for the same issue Jerrys neglected it and gave it back all 3 times. (Warranty Work)
3. Just sent it for a oil leak waited 5 days to get my car back and they did absolutely nothing to the vehicle.
4. When calling and asking for help they hang up on you.
5. Do whatever they can to try and trick and lie to you to make you feel comfortable.
6. Never take liability for there mistakes.
