I walked in the store and the store owner was very nice. He gave me a great price on some frames. I paid $200 for these gucci frames with transitions. He said the glasses would be ready in a few weeks. I purchased these glasses late September 2022. I still have not received my glasses. There is a note on the door that says he was battling illness and he will return very soon. That note has been up since the first week of October and he has not return back to the store since and the note is still on the door. I need my glasses as soon as possible because i broke my other pair and i cant get around without these nor do I have the money to get another pair and this is inconveniencing my life something serious.Business response

This is a formal response to the complaint which has been resolved with ***** ********* Unfortunately I had taken a leave of absence due to illness and my mom passing. I did apologize to ***** when I notified him to pick up his glasses.
