Used their service to mail 3 packages. 1 of the packages never even made it to the fedex driver the other 2 the labels were swapped and went to the wrong destination. 1 of the packages was lost in mail the other was returned to me at my expense. The 2 packages were a total of 637$ dollars in value including shipping. The owner of the business told me she was going to try and figure out what happened and told me if she couldn't find out she would pay me the amout stated above which i have texts to prove. This has been going on since october of 2021 and there has been no movement on this. She eventually told me in December she was waiting on the insurance claim check to pay me back but that was almost 2 months ago and nothing. I've tried contacting her numerous times sometimes getting a vague response or no response at all.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 20, 2022/03/08) */ I would like to respond to the complaint by Mr. **********. Mr. ********** brought a package to The Mail Concierge and it had a QR code. My person at Fedex told me that Authorized Shippers are not allowed to take QR coding but because I was trying to help the customer, I took the package to Glen Burnie MD Fedex on Ritchie Highway and they lost it. This package was never my responsibility but I took ownership of the package and I promised to pay Mr. ***** eventhough it was not my issue. I have since being paying Mr. ***** in installments and will be finished soon. I should not have to pay this at all but I don't know what other options that I have. Please take this as my official response and I will require Mr. ***** to come back and remove this negative review once the last payment to him has been made. Thanks in advance.Initial Complaint

On 9/5/21, I rented a ****** and hired movers through ****** referral list. I asked the movers to place my couch in the basement. Thus, the movers brought the couch in through the front door and attempted to take it down the steps to the basement. It may have been their angle, but the couch would not fit through the door leading to the basement. The movers made several attempts without success and, in the process, scrubbed my kitchen floor with the couch to the point that they tore part of the linoleum flooring and also scuffed the ceiling with the top height of the couch. At this time, they decided to take it through the back door and down the patio deck stairs into an outside basement door. They were able to get the couch out of the back patio door but broke my screen door and left white paint on my couch. I spoke to Latrice and she promised to send "Charles" to fix my door. It's been almost two weeks, and the door isn't fixed. Charles promises to come and then is a no-show.Business response
