I took my VW in on 10/2/22 for a leak from the sunroof. It was only wet on the drivers side floor in the back. It was only a little wet when I dropped the car off, since I tried to dry it as much as I could. The other floors, headliner, or any of the floors did not have any water on them. They removed the air shield on the roof saying that was backing up the water. Did not replace it. They also said it was leaking from the windshield and replaced it. They had the car for over 2 weeks, When I picked it up it was in worst shape then when I left it. All the floors were soaked, the headliner was hanging down, and the car was filthy. I refused to take it unless they dried the floors, fixed the headliner and cleaned it up. I picked it up a few day later. The headliner was put up a little better. The car was still soaked and dirty. When I spoke to the manager he was very rude. He told me the car was old and It also needed new carpet, padding and dash pad. Sorry I think they caused all the other problems. Not even sure they fixed the leak. They also lost my wheel lock and said they can not replace it.
I took my car to another shop that is family owned and they checked for a water leak, put in a new headliner dried the floors, for a fraction of the price I paid to *********. I will not be going back to them.

Experience.'it was her first time buying a car. The charged her $12,000 over invoice, and when I inquired about it, the told me they were going to record my conversation. They were rude to me because I wanted to have them remove services that she may have authorized under the persuasion of the financial officer. And to top it off, we just had her car refinanced because upon purchase they lied to her and told her her credit score was not good enough to get the better financing. Her credit score is 810, and the bank told her what they did was wrong. She was getting above 9% on the loan of the vehicle.'instead of making

She was paying above 9%. I want consumers to know what kind of business they are dealing with. They will not take care of you, they will take advantage of you.

Bought a vw atlas on 5-31-2022 while signing the dock pad with ***** Cobb, I saw a 5000 charge and he specifically told me they have to put that there but won't be on my contract! Msrp was 37.630 I wanted to stay around my current payment,I was gonna end the sale if that was on my total,went home n my husband looked over my contract, the 5000 was added along with a LoJack charge of 795.00 being on my LoJack form as 000.00 for 3 years, a 1777.00 charge for an extended warranty lol who would buy that on a brand new vehicle? But I did get that removed, my tags weren't transferred when the said they were ( meaning the Gm) got pulled over because my tags didn't match this vehicle, contacted Gm ****** Cobb and he said tags were legal, I probably did something wrong to get pulled over? Really? I have contacted ****** Cobb numerous times by email but only excuses on his end! Actually they charged me 187.00 for transfer of tags( Mva charged 10.00 and 20 for temp tags! Being I transferred my hard tags I need these charged off my contract!! But he doesn't seem to care! ***** Cobb was going so fast I think too distract me some, this is the worst dealership apparently taking advantage of people and especially WOMEN! I am taking this further until something is done!

Stopped by Antwerpen VW where I purchased the Passat I currently own after much prompting by a few salespeople in the past months. My lease is ending and so I decided to see how much they would give me for my vw since there are very few available in the market at this time. I was asked to provide all my information and to prove my residence since I was also inquiring about purchasing or leasing a replacement. . I provided a BGE bill to prove my current address. I was then pointed to my balance ($240.77) with BGE as an indicator of my credit worthiness. Instead of being completely insulted I pointed the sales person to the weekly payments I make and over the course of a month I cover the balance. "Armando" took a ride in my car for free and I never got an offer for my car. It was all a ploy to rip me off from the get go. They (Armando and sales person) then tried to pressure into a lesser car with a higher payment. Oh sure where do I sign?! Not to mention all their cars have a 5,000 markup due to online sales outlets like ******* etc. That's a lame excuse and a lie. The nerve of these people knows no bounds. They wasted my time and they will waste yours too. Do yourself a favor and skip this awful place of business.
