Chose photographer to do our wedding, but had to cancel for unforeseen circumstances. During talks, if we had to cancel, our money would be returned minus a $200.00 deposit. We canceled well before the time frame he stated, we have sent numerous messages will no response. We have screen shots of the conversations about canceling and the refund.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/20) */ I have contacted Mr. *******'s former fiancé regarding the status of their refund prior to this complaint. It will be processed NLT 01FEB2022 and returned via the same platform it was received initially. I removed Mr. ******* from all of my business' contact options as he has openly bashed my business via social media with zero regard to the already resolved issue. Mr W. never contacted my fiancee about the matter, in fact, he blocked her on social media as well. Not until BBB got involved, he made it right.
