We hired Mid Atlantic Pool Service for concrete work, a new pool liner and a salt converter to be installed in April 2020. The salt converter stopped working in August of 2021. I tried to call, email and text the company to see if they could help, seeing we only had 2 seasons of use. They never responded to any of my communications. I checked with the manufacture (*******) to see about the warranty. It was only for 2 years and had to be confirmed from the installer. I reached out again this spring, knowing the warranty was going to expire. They texted back once (after going onto their ******** page) and said they were busy and would get back to me. They have yet to communicate again. I cannot use the salt converter so we have to use chlorine.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/07/07) */ I have contacted ********* on June 25th regarding her complaint. I told her the claim has been made with*************, the local ******* representative. I told her due to supply shortages, ******* may not ship her replacement product for several weeks or months, but claim has been filed. Meanwhile she needs to go back t using chlorine tablets and chlorine shock until ************ salt cell is shipped. Sincerely, William J. O****** President, Mid-Atlantic Pool Service
