Monday April 10th 2023 around 130pm I made reservations thru priceline and booked a dbl bed non smoking room and that there was breakfast included. When I get to the hotel round 830pm I was told that there was one room left and that it was a smoking room. I said I booked a non smoking room thru priceline. The gentleman said " that if they had a non smoking room available tmwr after 11am that I would have that room" I said ok. About an hour later or so I go back downstairs to ask about breakfast because I didn't see anything or get told verbally upon checking in. The same gentleman said that the manager doesn't do that anymore. I said that priceline said on there website that there would be breakfast that's why i booked here. I contacted priceline 2x, once to tell them about the room when I first got there then again about the breakfast. Priceline did give $40 compassionate for the $10 for each night that I was supposed to be there. During the 2nd call the manager called 2x, first time to tell me that I should have checked out within the first 15 minutes that I was there. I told here I didn't know about the breakfast until after I checked in about an hour later. During the same call to priceline she calls me again and tells me that if I come downstairs within 10 minutes that she would give me a full refund. I said ok I'll be right down. So I hang up with priceline, grabbed my stuff and went downstairs. I have a receipt for the return. I wrote on there paper of why I was getting the return which was " I was supposed to get a non smoking room and that there was supposed to be breakfast included". So I left around 1130pm. Drove 2 miles down the road to a walmart and slept in my car. This was supposed to be my vacation.Initial Complaint

Checked into this hotel, our original room had been changed because the hotel stated there was a pest issue on that side of the wing. Changed us to a different room, the room looked like it had just been used! Stained sheets, food on walls, dirty fridges, crumbs on the floor, lamp shades with spots on them, spider webs, dust on the headboards, used sheets with holes in them, burnt hand marks, holes in walls, roaches! I had to buy cleaning supplies in order to clean the entire hotel room!!! Because the hotel is such nasty scum, they will not refund us. I am highly upset, I will report this to the health department. I also have a video which is where the snapshots come from.Business response
