The first time I used this company I was placed in a unit. However, the owner and employees lacked communication. Recently, I was in an emergency situation and had to vacate my unit by the next month. I decided to go with the company again because I was desperate for help and my experience was horrible! I paid a $50 application fee and the intake specialist ended up leaving the company a few days later so my application was never completed. I then started working with the owner. I ended up doing all of the work as far as contacting properties. I would email him properties that I was interested in and by the time the properties were contacted they were no longer available. The only properties I toured were ones I set up myself. One time the owner was desperate to show me something because my time to move was running out that he tried to schedule me to tour 3 properties that he previously told me weeks before that he knew I wouldn’t like and did not want to show me. Those properties looked as if they were not well taken care of and I would not want to rent from a landlord like that. Week after week all I heard were excuses as to why I was not shown any properties. I emailed the owner and requested a refund and never received a response back.
