In February 2022, I hired this contractor to complete a job with the following tasks - paint my three level townhome, install four new toilets, install an oven hood, mount a television and install four bathroom lights and one light in the hallway. I paid $6800 in full and the job is incomplete. He received money for materials immediately upon request. Additionally, a toilet overflowed when it was being installed and the water soaked my living room ceiling. The contractor was fully aware and left the saturated dry wall in place. Instead of replacing it as I asked, he has ignored me for six months and refused to communicate with me after instructing one of the painters to simply paint over the water-logged spot. Also, one of the painters ruined a frosted sink basin by cleaning his paintbrushes in it. It has to be replaced. The sink has been splattered with paint and has to be repainted. Parts of the paint job have been ignored and tape is still in the wall. Finally, the contractor did not require his crew to clean up and I'm beyond frustrated with this situation.
