I would not recommend this company. My 20 year old furnace will no longer turn on so my home warranty company assigned Air Logix as the contractor to fix it. The technician arrived and after 30 minutes told me there was nothing wrong with my furnace. He wrote nothing down and gave me no paperwork--he only said that it must be my Nest thermostat because he didn't see anything wrong with my furnace. Afterwards, a Nest technician confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my thermostat, which is only a few years old, so I paid for another HVAC company not associated with the warranty company to send out a technician and he confirmed that there were several things wrong with my furnace as would be expected with a furnace this age. He found that the inducer as well as the capacitor had gone bad and and there was rust in the heat exchange. MOST concerning to me were the safety issues that Air Logix did not identify regarding the rust in the heat exchange, which could result in dangerous combustion gases (carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrous dioxide) entering my living spaces. I'm still without heat in my home in 30 degree weather with my two children and an elderly parent, while Air Logix drags it's feet to send the report to the home warranty company to say there is nothing wrong. The home warranty company already has the diagnosis from the other company but will not move forward with the repairs until Air Logix sends in their report, which they told me they would do several days ago and still have not done. I now have to fight with the home warranty company to assign a more competent contractor because I do not trust Air Logix to perform any work on my furnace.
