5/19/2022- Communication with Joshua **** -Went to look at the truck. Was suppose to meet with another associate that I was dealing with about another **** but communication wasn't good so I didn't want to do business with her. -They told me if I brought the truck today the inspection will start Friday 5/20/2022 ( stated in text message) -Went to see the truck. I was already finance with another bank, made it clear to Joshua and Rodney that I was working on my credit and didn't want my credit pulled anymore. He promised me my credit would only be pulled one time. , I let them try a bank only if my credits pulled one time. They talk me into financing with one of their banks for lower interests rate. Went in the back to finalize paper work and Kyle seems mad I didn't want to add additional packages to the truck I brought. It was around 9pm and was rushing to get out of the office. 5/20/2022 - Started to get notifications that my credit was being pulled. I reached out to Josh ( Stated in text messages) stated he was out sick and he would see what' going on. Rodney called me and in so many word informed me that i should just disputed it. Told me he didn't sent it another bank did. Stated the truck didn't go through the exception, 5/23/2022- -I reached out to Joshua in text about my concerns about me buying the truck and the main reason of me buying the truck Thursday was I was promised that It would go in to inspection asap. I expressed my concerns and how I wasn't happy. - He then called me and explained to me that the truck did go into inspection and they were waiting on an part. I asked question about was the part on back order ect. To get a time about when I should expect the truck. Stated the service manager was late because of a family management. 5:15 pm stated the manager never came in. I asked about the touch up of the paint " told me it wasn't painted but it will happen before we get it." 5/24/2022- More on attachment

The car was purchased on March 3rd 2022, it is a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat with 44000 miles, it was purchased sight unseen. I was told the car was "Show Condition" before they dropped it off I spoke with the financial manager and was told that it came with an extended warrentee and I told him I do not want an extended warrentee and do not want to pay for anything extra, he said the car was on its way and the paperwork states it has the warrentee, he said to sign the paperwork and he will mail me the updated paperwork, today is the 24th and still no updated paperwork, I have been calling almost every day and was told he was busy and he would call me back which he never did. They dropped off the car at 8:30 at night, there are no street lights in my neighborhood and the car was completely filthy so I did not see any of the problems with this "Show quality" car. The next morning I went out and looked at the car and seen several dents in the car, approximately 3 on the passenger side and 2 on the driver side, and all4 rims are scratched, I called but nothing. Iwent to start it and it was dead, I charged the battery and 2 days latter it would not start again, I looked at the battery and it was the original from 2016 so I has to pay 200$ for a new battery. I was told the car was inspected but there is no paperwork or stickers on the car so I called again. The following day I took it to my mechanic to get it inspected but he could not perform the inspection because I did not have the paperwork stating that I owned the car but he looked the car over and found the rotors and break shoes worn down to the point it would not pass, he told me the exhaust needed to be replaced because every joint is leaking, when you start the car you can hear it rattling. The car for parts alone without the labor was 1200$ for the breaks and rotors and another 1000$ for the exhaust. So your talking over 3000$ to get a real inspection. The radio has a bad connection and cuts out every 30 sec.

I had questions: about the financial paperwork that was done. There seems to be a discrepancy in the #s. I told them & signed a paper stating that I would not pay more than $8000 for the car & told them that I would not pay more than the 3-year exclusive care warranty (since it was "mandatory" that I get one, even though we informed them that we would most likely not use seeing how it is about 46 miles from us). $8000..00 + 499. 00 processing fee + 40.00 license fees + 140.00 title feesn+ 3000.00 that I was charged for a 3-year warranty that clearly states $689.00 cost. (see pic below) even the 5-year is only $998.00- this is false advertising & is an FTC reportable item- along with MD Attorney General reportable item + 689.64 taxes (based off of $11494) $12,368.64 - 2500.00 that I put down $ 9686.64 - 2311.00 the overpaid amount that was put into my contract for the warranty cost $ 7557.64 should have been the amount financed. Or if you want to state the $10,057.64 (8000=car + 499=processing + 40=license + 140 title+ 689.64 taxes+ 689 price of warranty) prior to my down pmt as amt financed- but- the amt for taxes is incorrect also being 6% based off of amt of sale. - 2,500.00 down payment $ 7557.64 paperwork stating: $12863.64 financed in one area, $11,494.00 financed in one area $12,863.64 financed in one area. Not to mention the warranty paperwork says deductible is $100.00 on one form and on another form it says $250. We sat there for approximately 4 hrs for the paperwork. Being a cancer patient I am easily fatigued, but, there are many discrepancies with the numbers here that should not be. Told the finance company was capital one and that is what I had placed on my insurance policy when updating my vehicle at approx 5:30 PM. But you told me it was State Dept federal credit union. This is totally different than what was on the paper that I signed originally that was the promised terms; however, is on the paperwork that you gave me- I am missing paperwork.

ALSO-NEW- They took almost two weeks to let the MVA know that plates were going to be transferred- making it look as if I dropped the insurance on the previous car without reason and NEEDS to be Addressed WITH MVA NOW.

Purchased a 2014 X6 July 3,2021. 2 days after purchase my check engine light came on and they claim they fixed it & it came back on after driving away from the dealership . Took it to the BMW dealer it was the catalytic converter which was warranty so it was no cost but I was also informed I have a whole in the fuel line which cost 1100. Which they never fixed as well. Very unprofessional and uncooperative.
