Hello, we were at the car wash and the staff was horse playing at the drivers side of our car. As we went in to wait for our car to be washed and serviced. After the car came out the drivers side mirror was hanging off. They refused to pay us for fixing it, giving us the tape to prove it was their fault, or reimburse us. We called the police and now we have to fight for that. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE!!! The male staff was extremely rude and disrespectful as well. So much so that another customer confronted them about their behavior. BE AWARE!!!Initial Complaint

While loading my SUV into the car wash system, the attendant left the car in drive (not in neutral) and my vehicle jumped the track and crashed into car wash equipment doing significant damage to the front left side of the vehicle. Mr. ****************** the operator of the car wash initially took full responsibility for the damage. He stated that he did not want to go through his insurance, and asked me to get an estimate from a shop of my choosing. I tried to get estimates from two local shops, but both told me that they were doing insurance claim work only. I informed **********, and he arranged for me to get my estimate from another local shop, ****** Body Shop. He even set the appointment for me. On the scheduled date, I took my SUV for the estimate. I was impressed with the appearance of the business and professionalism of the staff. The estimate was $6105.23. I immediately took the estimate to **********, and it was obviously much more than he expected. He changed his mind and decided to go through his insurance carrier, Nationwide. a week later, I get the quote from Nationwide, which is $3981.78 and includes remanufactured parts, which I do not want. Nor can I get the work done at the shop of my choosing. I asked ********** for compensation for my time and energy and my inconvenience. He insulted me by offering me three (3) exterior only car washes. That's about $36. If I value my time at a very reasonable $20 an hour, I'm over that already. And we're not done yet.Customer response

After due consideration, I withdraw my complaint and never want to set foot in this establishment again.
