I have a bill on my credit for this company. However, I never received any bills in the past but wanted this off my credit. The representative I spoke with gave me a discount on the price and assured me that this would show on my credit in about three weeks. I called back a few days ago to see when this would reflect on my credit. I was told that they do not report it to your credit, and some representative will just tell you this to get you to pay it. I can't get an actual answer for them on if this will reflect on my credit or not.

They have placed medical collection accounts on my report that they refuse to remove. I contacted them multiple times in order to obtain proof of the debt which I have not received. They have not provided a copy of full payment history from the original creditor, original contract signature agreeing to the contract/debt, Proof they now own the debt, or name and address of the original creditor. Therefore, I can only assume this is fraudulent.

I called this company twice because the amount of $558 was paid in full by my attorneys ******** and ****** Due to a car accident
I spoke to Amerifinancial Solutions The collection agency attorney relations
And they said they did not see any payment towards the bill of

Attached is the print out that I obtained from the website for Cape Emergency Physicians that says you have a zero balance for this account As you can see it was printed out on February 16, 2021 back when we settled your case. If they are saying there really was a balance due, and their computer system was wrong, you would need to have them submit it to the car insurance company as your policy wasn't exhausted. The date of last pay was October 6, 2020 so that means that your statute would run for payment of any medical bills on October 6, 2022.
