I had placed an order a month ago for a night light that was also a picture of me and my boyfriend. It was ordered for Valentine's Day, as the website said it would arrive by the 12th. It is now the 25th and just like the day I had placed my order, the website says my order is processing. I have sent numerous emails asking for an answer and I've even resulted to messaging them on Instagram. Still not a single response. I'm angered and feel absolutely robbed, when I was simply trying to purchase a heartfelt gift. There were ads for this company on every social media I have at the time of my order. So, I am enraged they would advertise to that extent then never deliver.Initial Complaint

We purchased a wave light item December 26th, they promised 2-3 weeks. No one has responded to our emails or no one ever answers their phone. We don't want refund we'd like the product. They are bogus and their site seems to deflect customers regarding shipping.Business response

January 6th 2022 I paid $31.49 for a album cover night light and have not heard from the company and still haven't received my item. I have tried to contact them and not received anything back. It has been almost 3 weeks.Business response

Ordered on the 17th August (almost 2 months ago) and item hasn't even been sent out yet. I sent 3 emails and 1 Instagram DM and absolutely no reply. Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2021/11/17) */ Due to Australian closures and delays at the countries ports, the order was delayed. This is unfortunately out of our control. After checking tracking it appears the order was delivered by carrier on October 15,2021.
