            I bought their firewood, I was told it would be the wood pile in their front parking lot. I inspected that pile of wood and then bought some. What they delivered is not from their pile out front. The wood they delivered is full of oak ants and termites, most of the wood is wormy, moldy and unhealthy to burn. The wood they delivered is not the wood I bought when I was at their front desk. I have been throwing much of it away, and the pieces that are burnable are barely so. Wood is expensive, this is a silly stupid trick they have employed. I have a friend who had the exact same treatment by them.

            Mr. Sessions, we are sorry to here about this issue. We do not have a secret pile of firewood that we use for deliveries. The only pile we have is right out front. With that being said, we would like to rectify the situation. We've been selling firewood for about 35 years and have no intention of doing bad business to ruin continuing business.
