Ordered two pizzas over the phone on 9/11/2022 around 2pm. Lady on the phone stated the total would be $28.50 and the delivery would take 8-10 minutes which I thought was very quick but I agreed. An hour later I called because no one had arrived, they said it would take another 15 min. To my surprise my account was charged. $41.02. I would never agree to that amount. The pizza was bad (not cut properly and rubbery). They charged me for extra garlic sauce (I didn't ask for)and didn't even provide it. Called the store and they were very rude and unprofessional. I asked corporate to contact me but have not received a call from anyone. I felt cheated and it's not the service I expect. I want my credit card adjusted.Business response
