I took my daughter to a PCR test in 2021. I was billed over $1,000. ***** paid some portion of it and did not pay some portion. I called ***** and discussed the issue. I was told that the issue has been resolved with biller. ***** disputed some of the charges since it was a simple PCR test and I was over billed. After a year, Express Health care billed ***** and me again. It looks like ***** made another payment to Express Health Care. Express Health Care sent me a bill in the amount of $247. By mistake I sent them a payment last month. I called to cancel my payment and get a refund since I did not have to pay anything. Two questions: 1. I was told at the Clinic this test was free. There was a big sign in front of the building saying that it was free. Why did I send me a bill? 2) by law, COVID tests should be free of charge ? Why a simple PCR test costs over a thousand dollar? Thank you, ***** ****

Transaction Date: 22nd Dec, 2021 at Express HealthCare, ************************************************************* Amount Paid: $240 Phone Number: ************ Purpose: Expedited RTPCR results for ************************* and ********************* ($120 each) for international travel Description: We were promised that the results for the expedited RTPCR tests will be sent within 3 hours and the test was taken around 4pm on 22nd Dec, 2021. On that day evening at around 6:30pm, we had called to check on the results and they said it will be sent within 30 minutes. We never received the results from Express HealthCare. We traveled on 23rd Dec based on a separate test result that we received and came back only on Jan 10th to *******, **. My daughter (*********************) called them shortly after our return (around Jan 15th) to request a refund of $240 since we never got the test results. They said they will process the refund and sent the check by mail to our ******* address within 10 days.We didn't hear back from them nor get a check as promised by them. ****** tried contacting them again. 2nd time, they said a manager will call and that too didn't happen. Then I tried contacting them and they kept redirecting me many times. Finally I was able to speak to the office manager Saja Aljanabi on Feb 4th who said she will follow up with her management and do the needful. I sent her all the documents she requested on Feb 4th itself. I have been following up regularly with her. She is quick to respond but still she is not able to get the approval to process the refund. I am now left without any options and would like to request your help in getting this matter resolved.

COVID 19 TESTING FRAUD!!!!!!! WRONG SERVICE PROVIDED.1. 11/16/2021 - I scheduled an online appointment for covid 19 test (PCR test within 24 hr result ) with express healthcare *****************************************************. i went to the location and they scanned my id and took a swab test and said that the result will be emailed with in 24 hrs. i did not had my insurance card at that time.2. 11/18/2021 - I did not receive the test result after 2 days so went to the location and demanded my test result. The receptionist told me that they will not provide any result without my health insurance card. So, i gave them the insurance card.3. they took me to a room and the nurse told that they have to do the test again( i did not consent for this). So they took a swab test again and emailed me RT-PCR test result within 2 hrs . i did not ask for this test.4. They billed my health insurance $1170 as emergency visit and it got denied. I asked ******** in the Billing to not **** the insurance and email me an invoice so that i can see what the high cost is for.5. the customer service is worst and when i go to the location, they tell me to leave and do not provide any information and direct me to a phone number which never works.6. Covid testing is supposed to be free or at minimum cost. this institute went against my consent just to **** my insurance.Attaching the online appointment and test result.
